We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a replacement or full refund within 14 days from the day you purchased.

Returning or Exchanging Items:

Most merchandise (except clearance items) purchased at Scrubs Outlet may be returned within 14 days, as long as it meets the return policy standard. Merchandise must be returned in new condition, original packaging material with original price tags intact, original sale receipt, and must be neither used nor washed because we sell only brand new merchandise. Scrubs Outlet reserves the right to deny any returns should they not meet our standards. Simply NO RECEIPT – NO REFUND. And returns and/or exchanges must be made ONLY at the initial location of purchase (sorry for any inconvenience).

Embroidered items cannot be returned unless the mistake was made by Scrubs Outlet. Once you placed your custom order then you are committed to by that. If you are not fully satisfied with your order you can request for a return, however, a 15% processing fee may apply at the time of return. Although, you can request for even exchange at NO extra cost.

Custom orders will take 3-4 weeks to be delivered unless the order is a back order. No order will be delivered without the original receipt. Therefore, you must present your proof of purchase to the cashier at the time of pick up. This step is taken to make sure the order is delivered to the right customer.

We always treat you the way we want to be treated and try to protect our loyal customers’ privacy. Therefore, at the time of any returns, the cashier may ask you to show your identification card. Please provide your name and phone number. Credit card/debit card returns will be done on the same credit card that was used at the time of purchase. We are taking this step because Scrubs Outlet believes in building a good, strong relationship with its customers and tries to provide the better customer service in the future.
